1 General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement that applies to the uuok platform and all services under it. By visiting the uuok website, registering an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Using uuok's services means you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using our services.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, as both documents together define the relationship between you and uuok. If there is any conflict between the two documents, these Terms will take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

To use any uuok service, you must be at least 21 years of age. If the age information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a violation of this single account rule.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and complete. If any false information is found in the name, mobile number, date of birth, or payment details, uuok reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account. If you need to update any information, contact the support team directly.

2.4 Identity Verification

uuok may at any time request a national identity card or other government document for identity verification. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Password

It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You should not share your username or password with anyone. If you think someone else has obtained your account details, change your password immediately and inform our support team.

uuok will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access to your account by a third party, unless it is proven that the fault was entirely due to uuok itself. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on uuok is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Enter the deposit amount correctly and keep the transaction number. Any error in the information provided may delay deposit processing.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same methods are used for withdrawal — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus. Detailed terms relating to bonuses are described in Section 6.

5 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuok platform:

• Registering an account using a false identity or fake information
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus offers
• Using any automated software, bot, or similar technology to place bets or play games
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
• Misconduct or making threats toward uuok staff

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, uuok may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

6 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

uuok offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; before withdrawing the bonus, wagering of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to each bonus, meaning winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the relevant bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.

6.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A bonus offer applies only once per account
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash
• uuok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings in the account concerned may be forfeited
• Before taking part in any promotional offer, read the specific terms of that offer carefully

7 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

uuok's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total bets minus total winnings).

Example: a Silver-tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. There is no fixed turnover requirement to move to a higher tier — tier is determined based on regular activity and engagement with the platform.

8 Gaming and Betting Rules

8.1 Gaming Services

The uuok platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and various other gaming services. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player), which are stated on the relevant game page.

8.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server disconnection or a technical error, uuok will try where possible to resume the game from its last valid state. If that is not possible, the amount wagered will be refunded.

8.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown in the interface of the relevant game. uuok reserves the right to change betting limits for any account.

App users will receive the same services and bonus benefits as website users, and the same rules apply to them.

12 Account Suspension and Closure Provisions

12.1 Closure by uuok

uuok may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse
• Providing a false identity or false information
• The member is proven to be under 21 years of age
• Suspicion of financial irregularity or illegal activity

12.2 Closure by the Member

You may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your account. Withdraw your balance before closing. Any bonus or cashback entitlement will be lost while the account is closed.

14 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruption due to unavoidable causes (such as natural disasters or cyberattacks)

uuok always works to maintain the highest standard of gaming service, but liability for temporary service disruption due to technical reasons will be limited.

15 Changes to Terms and Effectiveness

uuok reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to give members advance notice through their account or the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
